Variety description
An easily grown shrub, flowering in the second year from seed. Gypsy has a wide colour range in shades of orange, yellow, red, pink and white including many interesting bi-colours.

Sowing and Germination
Sow in the spring to early summer. Germinate at 17-18 degrees Centigrade. To aid germination soak seeds prior to sowing.

Growing on
The plants should be pricked out into individual pots and grown on at 10-12 degrees Centigrade. They should be hardened off and planted in position where they are to flower.

General Culture
The plants should be kept trimmed after flowering to avoid becoming straggly in habit. Gypsy is ideal for the back of the border or as a flowering hedge, easy to grow.
