Variety Description
Height: 90 cm, vigorous ornamental plant, with waxy-toothed leaves,
white bell shaped flowers. An unusual plant that is alleged to deter flies
(hence it’s name ‘shoo-fly’) from attacking nearby plants,
e.g. Greenhouse crops. Keep a plant in a pot outside a greenhouse to deter
flies and other pests.
Sowing and Germination
Rapidly germinating, keep seed moist (not wet!) with temperatures
of about + 20 deg. C (68 deg. F). Seeds must be covered with a thin layer
of soil.
Growing on
Keep in cooler growing conditions after germination occurs.
